Does personalization cost extra?
No! There is no additional charge for adding your little one's name or other available personalization details.
What if I forget to add my personalization?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order has not yet entered production, we will do our best to help. Once an item has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
We are happy to help whenever possible! Since our products are made to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once production has started, we may not be able to modify the order.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping to The U.S., Mexico and Canada.
What fabric are the items made made from?
The fabric from each item may vary, please review the information on each listing, you will find the composition on the description.
If I don’t want all of the items on your packages, is there a way to make my own bundle?
Yes, you can build your bundle and get 20% off at checkout!
The crib sets can be made for mini crib?
Yes, we can make the whole set in mini crib size or any other personalized size.
Can some of the colors of the designs be altered?
In most of the designs yes, we can change colors, some of the designs have pictures on it and can't be altered, but be sure that we would do all to find solution and to adapt the design to the color that you want.
The price is different if I want a 100% custom design?
No, the personalized design does not have any additional cost.
How the process of the custom design works?
Once your order is placed, we’ll reach out to you (via the email address provided at checkout) to confirm the details and gather any additional information we need for your design, such as the theme, your baby’s name, colors, and other preferences.
We’ll then create a custom sketch based on your order, including the design details and quantity of each item. This usually takes no more than 3-5 business days.
Once your sketch is ready, we’ll send it to you for review. You can approve it as is or request any changes you’d like. We’ll work with you until you absolutely love the design!
Production only begins once you approve your final design, and the production process typically takes 3–4 weeks.
Can you create any design I have in mind?
We love bringing your ideas to life! While we’re happy to explore custom designs, each request needs to be reviewed first to make sure the necessary materials and resources are available and that the design is feasible for us to produce.

When will I get my order?
Manufacturing process takes around 3-4 weeks. Parcel delivery time in U.S., Canada and Mexico in all cases is 5-7 business days.
The manufacturing process takes longer during Holidays seasons as Christmas, New Year and Easter.
Who pay for import fees/taxes in case customs apply them on my package?
Some packages may be selected to pay an import fee (not very often). This is determined by the customs authority from the recipients Nation. The customer is fully responsible to fully pay the charge in case of being required by the couriers.
We cannot cancel any order or issue a complete or partial refund if a package is selected to pay any tax or import fee.
