Shipping policy

1. Shipping Methods

  • DHL EXPRESS: 2-6 business days for U.S., Mexico and Canada. The delivery in other countries may vary depending on the location
  • FEDEX: 5-7 business days Only for Mexico
  • UPS: 5-7 business days Only for the U.S and Canada.

2. Shipping Costs

Our prices are free to the U.S. Mexico and Canada. The shipping to other countries may vary depending on:

    • Order weight/dimensions
    • Shipping destination

3. Order Processing Time

  • MADE TO ORDER ITEMS: All our items except for the "READY TO SHIP ITEMS" are made to order. The processing time of these items is 2-3 weeks.
  • READY TO SHIP ITEMS: The items labeled as ready to ship are on stock and ready to be shipped, those items can't be personalized but will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

NOTE: Order processing time may vary during peak seasons or for certain products.

If you want to purchase from the European Union, please contact to us to pamandander@gmail.com we are able to ship to some countries. 

Note: We may not be able to ship to certain addresses or regions due to restrictions.

5. Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier delays).

6. Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
  • You can track your order on the carrier's website  using the provided tracking number.  

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a picture of the received package to pamandander@gmail.com
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier.

8. International Shipping

  • Some of the packages may be selected to pay an import fee. This is determined by the customs authority from the recipients Nation. The customer is fully responsible to fully pay the charge in case of being required by the couriers.
